It has been a while since I posted and I am working back towards a regular posting schedule. It will probably still be a little sporadic for awhile as we just moved into our new house on last Tuesday. These shots are from our fall trip to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. On both of my trips there I have made it a point to try to see as many of the waterfalls as possible and these are two of my favorites. Abrams Falls is a very powerful waterfall which requires a decent hike to get to from the Cades Cove area. Spruce Flat Falls is smaller but has multiple levels and is found in the Treemont area of the park.
