The two photos for today are titled “Over the river” and “Through the woods” and are both from Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Like most photographers I love photographing water with slow shutter speeds for the smoothness it brings out in the water. In Florida I do not get too many opportunities for this so I am always on the lookout when traveling. This stream had a lot of nice boulders and I had to scramble around a bit to get so I could get this angle with the large boulder and the water running on both sides of it. The second shot is of a tree covered trail in the Chatahoochee area of the park. I like the curve and how the trail seems to go on and on.
