During our trip to Lake Louisa State Park this summer there were several big thunderstorms. This storm we were able to watch across Lake Louisa and fortunately did not come our way. I have not taken the opportunity to shoot lightning very often, but this was pretty easy to capture as it was fairly frequent and a little ways away.
