Tampa has a lot of waterfront that the residents can enjoy. Bayshore Boulevard is the longest contiguous sidewalk in the United States at about 4.5 miles and is great for jogging, biking, walking and occasionally seeing dolphins or manatees. Bayshore Boulevard starts just a bit north of Ballast Point Park and goes all the way to downtown Tampa without interruption. Now that the Tampa Riverwalk is complete there is another 2.6 mile trail from Waterworks Park and Armature Works all the way down to Amalie Arena and Sparkman Wharf.
