Tampa has a lot of nice walking or biking trails. Two nice ones close to downtown are the Tampa Riverwalk and Bayshore Boulevard. Bayshore Boulevard actually runs right into part of the Riverwalk so you can use one to connect to the other. I frequently run Bayshore, but use the Riverwalk more to get around downtown and for photography.
