Yosemite National Park has been closed for the past 2-3 weeks due to fire. It is finally reopening. I feel bad for all of the families who planned their vacations months or more in advance as I always do. We visited Yosemite National Park last year and did not have any forest fires. We did have a rockslide that messed up our hotel location and forced us to move to another site and endure a much longer drive to enter the park. This was despite me planning more than a year in advance. Yosemite Valley is beautiful and well worth visiting if you can avoid the crowds. All of the photos today are different views of Yosemite Falls.
