My favorite time to walk along the Hillsborough River is in the morning. I like the quiet time when less people are around. I also love how the river is often calm and you can capture great reflections of the city. You can get some great views from the Tampa Riverwalk, but my favorite views are often across the river. Plant Park at the University of Tampa is a great place to try to capture reflections of the Tampa skyline in the river.
