One of my favorite photography locations on the east coast of Florida is the Cocoa Beach Pier. I am usually amazed by how many other people there are out to watch the sunrise as most of the places I go I am pretty much alone for the sunrise. I did swing by Ron Jon Surf Shop and took a few pictures of that first, but that will be a future post. I am always conflicted when doing a sunrise shoot like this if I should go more for the wide angle scene that shows all the colors or the zoomed in scene that captures more of the sun itself. I usually end up alternating and getting a few of each.
