Finally finished processing my photos from our recent trip down to Hollywood Florida with a quick side trip to Miami. The weather was overcast almost everyday so there was not the most exciting sunrises, but I still went out one morning to take a few photos. I walked up to the northern end of the boardwalk which I hadn’t been on before and walked all the way to the end. I took several shots of the beach and the palm trees, but I think my favorite is this first scene of a boardwalk leading the way to the beach. You can see a few rays trying to break through above the mangroves on the left. The second shot is a more straight forward beach shot with the palm trees and a lifeguard hut. Speaking of the lifeguard hut I think they are pretty much decorative as they are every couple hundred feet, but on our multiple trips down there I have never actually seen a lifeguard in one.
