Not too long ago I made the rounds on a few of the downtown Tampa hotels. The Embassy Suites Tampa – Downtown Convention Center had a couple of really nice areas around the lobby. First I climbed up to the second level because I saw the piano across from the big window. Through the window you see the Tampa Marriot Waterside, another nearby hotel. The other coolest thing for me was the view looking straight up. It is an open area with huge windows across from the rooms and elevators going up each side. I love the symmetry of this shot.
