Today was the 4th annual River O Green Festival in downtown Tampa to celebrate St Patrick’s Day. As a photographer I am always happy to have something different to photograph and dyeing the river green is definitely different. There was a good crowd out there today, both in the parks and on the water in all kind of vehicles. I spent an hour and a half or so along the water, first over by the University of Tampa and then over at Curtis Hixon Park. The Yacht Starship boat came by early in the day and is captured in my 1st shot. The second shot is from after I crossed the river. I waited for this group of paddleboarders to come into the scene and used the University of Tampa as the background.
