Today is a sad day for the Tampa Bay Lightning. They traded Marty St Louis who was the team captain and had been a fixture for the team for the last 13 years. The Tampa Bay Lightning and their fans will definitely miss watching Marty play at the Tampa Bay Times Forum. What you have to admire about Marty St Louis is that he was one of those guys that everyone said was too small and couldn’t make it in the league. Marty won scoring titles and a Stanley Cup and will be a Hall of Famer. The second shot is sunset over the University of Tampa. This is the end of the Marty St Louis era in Tampa, but tomorrow is a new day. The Lightning are an up and coming team and we will continue to root for them.
