I have not posted a Tampa shot for a little while so tonight we are back to the Tampa Theatre (which I have always spelled Theater and spell-check likes it better my way, but…). The first shot tonight is similar to my last post, but from lower down in the balcony. This was taken when we did the Balcony to Backstage tour and I was able to enter early and get some photos before others showed up. This was one of the harder images I have had processed due to the extreme difference in light levels. The lights on the lower level are very bright and washed out the area around them. I again went with the addition of the glow to this image because it just feels right. The second shot is the Tampa Theatre parrot. Apparently, John Eberson, the architect of the Tampa Theatre and many others around the country liked to include a parrot in the decorations.
