St Petersburg Sunrise and Reflections

One of the first thing that caught my eye last week when I was walking towards my sunrise location was all of the sailboats across the water at the St Petersburg Yacht Club. I really liked the scene because all of the boats were lined up in a row and were numbered 0-9 and they had crystal clear reflections. I also liked the little crescent moon. This shot was taken at least half an hour before sunrise and all of the details are only possible through HDR processing of this photograph. The second shot is another of my favorite locations, the fountain across from the Mahaffey Theater. My only complaint is I don’t know if I have ever seen it actually working. I like how it is surrounded by palm trees, but you can still see the sailboats and crescent moon in the background.
