The Renaissance Vinoy Resort in St Petersburg is regarded as probably the nicest hotel in the downtown area of St Petersburg. It is right on the water as you can see. I am not sure why the two most famous hotels in St Petersburg, the Renaissance Vinoy Resort and the Don Cesar Hotel are both pink, but it seems to be working for them. This shot of the hotel across the water was the first time I have shot this angle and I definitely need to try again as I am not happy with the clouds and the sunrise light on the seawall is a little too bright also.
