It was good to get out and shoot some photos this morning. I returned to downtown Tampa as it is so close and I am always looking for new shots. Of course I can’t resist some of the classics also. I started the morning from my favorite viewpoint, across the channel from downtown. I think the Tampa Convention center is a nicely designed building. I like the view across the water and the reflection of the building and the lights, especially at dawn and dusk. The opposite side of the building has multiple entrances and they consist mostly of a couple of winding staircase with some nice planters around them. My favorite entrance is from the far side, closest to Harbour Island where there are a few escalators along with the stairs. It is very symmetrical which looks pretty cool.
