Something a little different

Tonight I am posting something a little different from my normal. Both shots are from Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary near Naples, Florida. Corkscrew has a 2.25 mile boardwalk that goes through the heart of an old cypress swamp. Definitely one of my favorite places in Florida. I always like to arrive right when it opens (usually 7, but check website) so I can have the place to myself for awhile. First I try to capture the sunrise if possible and then I make a fairly quick loop looking for any early morning wildlife. After that I usually try to slow way down and look for smaller details. On the second round is when I photographed this Common Primrose Willow and this orchid (I think). Both were photographed with my telephoto lens. The orchid was on a bent over oak tree and is surrounded by Resurrection Ferns.
