2 Park Morning

Visited two nearby parks this morning. The first one I basically saw nothing. It as pretty slow at my second spot also but did catch a Peregrine Falcon flying by although from a long distance. Also got a few pics of the Northern Harrier Hawk. They recently returned to the area.

The sunrise was better than expected. There was also a decent rainbow right at sunrise.

Streaked Rattlepod and Cuban Bird Grasshopper

Peregrine Falcon-this is the first one I have seen locally

Northern Harrier Hawk. A lot of times they just cruise the top of the hill which is a decent distance. Occasionally we get lucky and they come closer cruising over a stream looking for lizards/bugs to grab.

Only you could make a Cuban grasshopper interesting. The Peregrine Falcon photos are spectacular, as are all your pictures.
