My favorite trail, Alligator Alley, at one of my favorite parks, the Circle B Bar Reserve recently reopened. It had been closed since last years hurricanes. It’s one of my favorite places to watch a sunrise and I made it there in time for the sunrise this morning. I also found a Barred Owl that I watched for a bit. I practiced a little macro photography with a spider and flower. I also watched a little bunny munching away. I circled back to Alligator Alley on the way out and got 3 gator crossings and found a pretty young racoon. On my way home I made a quick detour to check out Lake Parker Park and photographed a male Snail Kite flying by. Even with a 45 minute drive each way I was home by 10:30 with quite a few decent shots.

Super cute young Raccoon that was watching me.

Mail Snail Kite in flight. Many are banded as they are endangered.
I hope you are not as close to those gators as it seems. As usual, I’m forwarding these to a few friends.
