We had a good rain on Sunday afternoon which was done by early evening. After the rain was over I took a quick trip downtown with a specific image in mind. I wanted to capture the Tampa Theatre exterior and sign with some nice reflections in a puddle or the wet streets. There was actually no standing water in the area so I had to settle for some reflection off of the wet streets. It came out pretty well with some nice shiny streets and even a car passing by. Afterward, I walked back over to Curtis Hixon Park and took a few photos of the fountains and palm trees with the Tampa skyline. I found one good size puddle down there and was able to capture the reflection of the Rivergate Tower (Beer Can Building).
