This past summer I was able to visit Yosemite National Park for the first time. It is a beautiful park, but so crowded in the valley. We came in early one morning and stopped to get the view of the boardwalk leading towards Upper Yosemite Falls and El Capitan. I was able to capture the scene without people if I was willing to wait a bit. It’s one of those scenes, with a leading line, that is on brochures, but I would like to think I would have seen for myself as it is so obvious. The second shot is El Capitan reflected in a small body of water that was just off of the boardwalk.
