One of the best things about living on a peninsula in terms of photography is that I don’e have to drive far at all to catch a sunrise and a sunset over the water. The two sites of these shots are less than a 10 minute drive apart and almost on the same road. The sunrise was captured at Ballast Point Park on the South end of Bayshore Boulevard, just south of Gandy. The sunset at Al Palonis Park on Gandy Blvd.
