One of my favorite sunrise locations in the Tampa Bay area is the old Skyway Fishing Pier. This gives you great views of the Skyway bridge as the sun rises over top of it. The only issue is that it rises over the less exciting flat portion of the bridge instead of the elevated section that is much more picturesque.
