One of the most amazing things I have seen on my two photo trips to Miami is the huge cruise ships making Uturns in the small waterfront area near the Port. Some of the ships that turn around in this area between downtown Miami and Watson Island and the Port of Miami are absolutely huge. On my last trip, the cruise ship the Norwegian Getaway was the biggest ship I saw pull this maneuver. I took one shot of the side view of the ship and then another shot as the ship turned facing directly towards me and displayed some of the Miami skyline in the background.
