I figured it would be appropriate to post a few of my Clearwater Beach shot since this is Memorial Day weekend and I am sure a lot of people will be heading out to the beach. Me, nope. I’ll be working 🙁 These two shots of Clearwater Beach and Pier 60 are a few of my favorite images that I have taken of that area. They are very different and show the multitude of ways you can photograph a subject. The first shot is the Pier 60 Sunburst Sunset. The waves were really ripping that night which was a bit unique. I strolled up and down the beach, positioning the setting sun at different points along the pier, but this is my favorite spot. I love those rays of light bursting out from underneath the pier. The second shot was taken a little earlier in the day from an elevated viewpoint. Yeah I climbed a parking garage again to get a good angle. This was a busier day on the beach. I love the combination of palm trees, sand, beach umbrellas and blue sky. That is what they call a Chamber of Commerce day.
