One of the thing I love about Fort Desoto is that there are so many different things to take pictures of. I spent most of the time I had last week taking pictures of birds in flight and testing out the autofocus. The Forster’s terns were diving right near the pier and I took a few pictures of them. Afterwards I went up to the North Beach area and checked out the Great Horned Owl chick that was sitting on the nest.
