Fall in Great Smoky Mountains National Park

We timed our trip this year to try to catch the fall colors in Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Although it had been windy and that had taken down a lot of leaves we still found a lot of spots with good color. The carpet of leaves was shot near Cable Mill in Cades Cove. The tree and fence was by the Little Greenbrier School which is kind of hidden away if you don’t know where to look.
